Can't deal with live bugs? Want something that lasts longer than live insects? Give our new Large Dried Dubia Roaches a try!
These Large Dried Dubia Roaches are created using our super nutritious and gut-loaded live Dubia Roaches from healthy live specimens only. They're flash frozen then slow dehydrated to remove most of their moisture while locking in their superior freshness and nutrition. This creates a soft and crumbly texture that is easy to chew, with a much longer shelf life than live Dubia Roaches.
They're a great inclusion in the diet of reptiles such as bearded dragons, chameleons, monitor lizards, and geckos. They also float on water making them a nutritious snack for turtles, frogs, fish and other aquatic species. Sugar gliders, hedgehogs, backyard chickens, wild birds, and other insectivores love them too.
You can offer Dried Dubia Roaches on their own using a pair of feeding tongs, mix them into your pet's greens or other diets, or sprinkle them on top of the water if feeding aquatic species.
Due to their nutritional ratios, Dubia Roaches are often considered the most well-rounded feeder insects on the market. Dubia Roaches are packed full of protein (36%), and they're low in fat, which makes them a better staple feeder than crickets, waxworms, reptiworms, silk worms, and superworms. Dubia Roaches also contain high amounts of calcium (more than crickets, superworms, and mealworms) which makes them great for reptiles like bearded dragons that need high amounts of calcium in their diets.
