Shipping Policy

We guarantee live arrival on all shipments we send out unless otherwise stated.

You can expect your order to go out within 4 business days of placing your order, but we do strive to ship orders out same day, if placed by 9 AM EST, Monday - Thursday. We do not like to ship orders out over the weekend as the Post Office can hold them longer than normal because they are not open on Sunday.

If bugs arrive DOA, please send us pictures within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement to be sent out, or a refund to be issued.
